Nexora Technology ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Nexora Scan handles information when you use our Android application.

Nexora Scan allows users to scan, edit, save, convert, and share documents.

2. Information We Collect

Nexora Scan does not require an account for its core scanning features. We do not intentionally collect or upload scanned document contents or extracted text to our servers.

Depending on the features you use, limited information may be processed by the application and its service providers:

• Device and application information.
• App diagnostics and crash information.
• Advertising identifiers.
• Subscription and purchase status.
• Customer support communications.

3. Document Storage

Scanned documents are stored locally on your Android device. These may include PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF files, document thumbnails, and metadata.

We do not automatically upload your documents to cloud storage or our servers.

Uninstalling the application or clearing app data may permanently delete files held in application-private storage. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

4. Camera Permission

Camera access is required to scan physical documents. It is used for capturing document images, detecting document boundaries, and assisting with automatic alignment.

We do not intentionally record video or capture photographs in the background.

5. Photos and File Access

Photo and file access may be used when you choose to import, save, or export documents.

• Import images from your gallery.
• Save scanned documents.
• Export PDF and image files.
• Select document storage locations.
• Share files with other applications.

6. OCR and Document Processing

Nexora Scan may provide OCR, document enhancement, image correction, and perspective adjustment.

Where on-device processing is implemented, these operations take place locally. We do not intentionally send scanned document contents or extracted text to external AI services.

7. Advertisements – Google AdMob

The free version of Nexora Scan may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

We do not use scanned document contents to personalize advertisements.

8. Nexora Scan Pro Subscription

Nexora Scan offers an optional Pro subscription priced at USD $1 per month, subject to regional availability and Google Play pricing.

Pro subscribers receive an ad-free experience and access to selected premium features.

Google Play Billing manages subscriptions and payments. We do not directly collect or store your complete payment card details.

Subscriptions can be managed through your Google Play account.

9. Sharing Documents

Users can share documents through Android's native sharing functionality, including WhatsApp, Gmail, Messenger, Telegram, Google Drive, Bluetooth, and other compatible applications.

When you share a file, the selected third-party application receives access according to its own functionality and privacy policy.

We do not control how third-party applications handle shared documents.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect application data. These include local storage, limited permission requests, secure file-sharing mechanisms, and temporary file management.

However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Third-Party Services

Nexora Scan may integrate the following services:

• Google AdMob – Advertising.
• Google Play Billing – Subscription management.
• Google Play Services – Supported Android functionality.

12. Children's Privacy

Nexora Scan is a general-purpose productivity application and is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account-registration system.

13. Your Privacy Choices

• Manage camera permissions through Android settings.
• Control photo and file access permissions.
• Manage advertising preferences where supported.
• Delete documents stored by the application.
• Choose whether to share documents.
• Uninstall the application at any time.
• Manage subscriptions through Google Play.

14. Data Retention and Deletion

Documents remain on your device until you delete them or remove application data.

We do not maintain a central cloud database of scanned documents. Information processed by third-party providers is subject to their respective retention and deletion policies.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when application features, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change. Updated policies will be published on this website.
